Confirmation

For the confirmation you will received a fax or email for the tour service that you book, you will provide us for your “ name, passport number and you contact address, Mobile, fax number or email address “  for our reply of the confirmation “ Voucher “

This tour voucher will show your booking and your personal contact that show to specific in your name, last name and passport number for your check in in each tour service

Before you received the tour voucher you will need to do a full payment in each trip before arrival or use tour service date only see detail on the “Payment”

 

 

Cancellation policy

 

TOUR & TRANSFER CANCELLATION
Please review the service cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the travel season in Thailand. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

+8 Days prior to arrival

Refund will be made deduct 7% Bank fee

7-3 Days prior to arrival 

50% will be refund

2-0 Days prior to arrival

No refund will be made


In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
Amendment need to be made not less than 5 business days prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)
Will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION
Please review the hotel cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the travel season in Thailand. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

Normal Season
Period : May 1 - October 31 for All Thailand Destination

+3 Days prior to arrival 

Refund will be made deduct 7% Bank fee

2-0 Days prior to arrival

Refund will be made deduct 7% Bank fee + 1 night penalty


In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

High Season
Period : January 16 - April 30 & November 1 - December 14 for All Destination
Period : January 16 - April 30 and July 16 -September 15 for Koh Samui only

14-3 Days prior to arrival 

Refund will be made deduct 7% Bank fee + 1 night penalty

2-0 Days prior to arrival

Refund will be made deduct 7% Bank fee + 2 night penalty
